The Keysight Agilent HP 1132A probe amplifier (in conjunction with the E2669A differential or E2668A single-ended connectivity kits), was designed to be used with the Infiniium 4 GHz 90404A oscilloscope. This combination provides a full system bandwidth of 4 GHz to the probe tip. InfiniiMax maximizes measurement performance for both hands-on (e.g., browsing) or hands-off measurements, such as solder-in, socketed or SMA connections.

This combination provides a full system bandwidth of 4 GHz to the probe tip. InfiniiMax maximizes measurement performance for both hands-on (e.g., browsing) or hands-off measurements, such as solder-in, socketed or SMA connections. For high-speed differential or single-ended probing in embedded designs, the InfiniiMax 5 GHz 1132A differential probe amplifier is a perfect complement to the Infiniium 80000 or 90000 Series oscilloscopes with 4 GHz bandwidth. Its extremely low input capacitance, flat frequency response, and patented resistor probe tip technology provide ultra-low loading of the DUT and superior signal fidelity.
