The Best Fluke II910
Fluke II910
Product Features:
Partial discharge detection detects Corona and Partial Discharge (PD), even when there is no direct line of sight
Cut costs and save energy everyday by taking the guesswork out of finding and fixing partial discharge
High sensitivity allows users to detect PD at earlier stages, enabling condition-base maintenance and planning service of equipment (vs preventive replacing/servicing/cleaning)
SoundSight™ technology translates sounds into visual representation so that users can easily scan and quickly locate problem areas
Ease of use allows untrained users to detect, locate, and assess severity of Partial Discharge, Corona Discharge or Gas/Vacuum leaks, easier, faster, and more effectively than existing Ultrasonic Tools, by using visual images to better pinpoint and report PD, Corona or Gas leak
PDQ Mode™ provides relative severity of discharge, which provides information to users on whether action may or may not be needed after PD has been detected
LeakQ™ estimates size and cost of leak, including new distance-estimation feature and 1-10 LeakQ™ severity index
Images can be uploaded online to generate leak reports including leak size and cost estimation
Video recording up to 5 minutes can capture behavior of identified problem or capture larger environment to review at later stage potential spots to review in further detail
64 special designed and positioned MEM microphones in sensor head as well as proper algorithms to efficiently process data providing users with optimal detection capabilities
Sensors
Frequency band: 2 kHz to 52 kHz
Detection range: 0.5 to > 70 meters (1.6 to > 230 feet), depending on ambient conditions
Field of view: 63°± 5°
Nominal frame rate: 25 FPS (number of Frames Per Second (FPS) indicates number of times image on screen is refreshed each second)

Description
Fluke II910
ith the Fluke ii910 Precision Acoustic Imager and minimal training, your maintenance technicians can begin checking for leaks during their typical maintenance routine-even during peak operation hours.
The ii910 acoustic imagers let technicians see sound as they scan hoses, fittings, and connections for leaks. Its built-in acoustic array of tiny sensitive microphones generates a spectrum of decibel levels per frequency. Based on this output, an algorithm calculates a sound image, known as SoundMap™ that is superimposed on a visual image. The SoundMap is automatically adapted depending on the frequency level selected so that background noise is filtered out, making it incredibly simple to detect compressed gas leaks.
Finally a better way to detect compressed air, gas, steam and vacuum leaks. Plus, the ii910 provides increased sensitivity to detect leaks that are smaller or farther away. Display
