With the continuous expansion of industrial robot application, the demand for its coordinating equipment is also on the rise. If an unqualified robot malfunctions during operation, it might cause economic loss, and in more severe cases, it could result in casualties. In this case, it is essential to run tests on industrial robots.

At present, most of the new energy vehicles on the market have single motor and rear wheel drive. However, a lot power is required when driving at a high speed, a car with dual-motor and four-wheel-drive (FWD) can use dual-motor combined drive so that the two motors can both operate at the high-performance range to meet the power demand of the vehicle. Real-time switch of single-motor and dual-motor mode can make dual-motor FWD vehicles accommodate power performance and economical efficiency.

Currently, new energy vehicles have received widespread attention and are experiencing rapid growth. The fast-expanding market has, however, also led to increased pressure on power supply. To address this challenge, the government is providing strategic support and encouraging companies to research and develop charging piles with higher efficiency. Furthermore, the country is also pushing local governments to implement the planned layout and operation of charging piles. The aim is to quickly provide more convenient charging services for the general public. This has created new opportunities and challenges for the charging pile industry. Amid the energy transition, renewable energy targets have been increasing across various regions, and coupled with the decreasing costs of photovoltaic technology, they have driven the growth of the photovoltaic industry. The photovoltaic sector is embarking on a new phase of development. To ensure that photovoltaic power generation systems can prevent islanding effects when connected to the grid, grid-connected photovoltaic inverters are being adjusted and updated in alignment with the "14th Five-Year Plan." This is to meet the goals of the energy transition and domestic photovoltaic market demands. These adjustments are crucial to ensure that photovoltaic systems, at a time of rapid growth in newly added capacity across various regions, can safely and stably integrate with the grid, harnessing the potential of renewable energy.

Switching power supply is a power supply using modern power electronics technology for time ratio control of the switching tube at on and off status. A switching power supply is usually composed of a pulse width modulation (PWM) controlled integrated circuit (IC) and metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET). With the development and innovation of power electronics technology, switching power supply techniques also keep innovating. Switching power supply is widely used in almost all electronic equipment for its small size, light weight, high efficiency and other properties. It is an indispensable power supply to support the fast development of modern electronic information industry.

Today, countries around the world are vigorously building a new type of power system with a primary focus on renewable energy. The most prominent feature of this new power system is the dominant role played by sources like photovoltaic and wind energy within the power structure. The grid is evolving into a layout consisting of "large grid + active distribution grid + microgrid" to optimize the utilization of alternative energies and balance the grid load, giving rise to the mainstream power system known as "Photovoltaic + Energy Storage". Energy storage systems have the capacity to significantly alleviate the instability of renewable energy power generation. They can swiftly provide the grid with energy buffering, thereby maintaining stable voltage and frequency within the grid.

In order to achieve efficient use of energy, energy efficiency improvement and stable operation of power system, variable-frequency device (VFD) is adopted. VFD, an equipment integrating variable frequency technology and micro electronic technology, functions as a power control equipment which controls AC motor by changing motor operating frequency. It not only reduces energy waste, but also further consolidates VFD’s role for energy conservation and ensuring the stability of power system and providing an important solution for sustainability with smart monitoring, soft staring, power factor increasing and other features.

In recent years, with new energy power generation gaining popularity and thriving, DC converter has become an integral and important part of new energy power generation system. Its conversion efficiency has been closely watched by enterprises and users. Establishing a proper DC converter measurement and efficiency assessment method can help companies understand the energy consumption of DC converter, provide evidence for customers to choose energy-efficient DC converter and offer technical support for enterprises and users monitoring the efficiency of DC converter.

The emergence of industrial robot significantly improves production efficiency and it is widely used in traditional manufacturing, smart manufacturing and new energy fields. However, the issue of the necessity of robot makers testing the dynamic and static performance of industrial robot is also exposed during its usage, and it has become a bottle neck limiting industrial robot usage. SUITA provides the SPAW7000 Power Analysis Wavecorder which can run a series of tests on industrial robot and provide a theoretical basis for users to design and optimize their industrial robot design.

The LVRT function, in simple terms, refers to the ability of a small-scale power generation system to withstand a certain predefined limit of grid low voltage for a specified period without shutting down

In the field of photovoltaic power generation, inverters are generally categorized into two types: grid-connected inverters and off-grid inverters. The primary characteristic of grid-connected inverters is their higher power capacity and relatively lower cost. They enable precise control of electric energy and do not require energy storage. DC electricity generated by photovoltaic systems is converted by grid-connected inverters and then directly fed into the public electrical grid. This ensures that the AC electricity is fully synchronized with the public grid, meeting the required frequency and phase characteristics of AC power.

As the interface between the generator and the grid, the wind power converter is the core equipment in the wind turbine, and serves as one of the factors that determine the unit’s electrical performance, conversion efficiency and reliability, thus constituting the key and core of the whole wind power generation system. With the increasing capacity of wind turbines, wind power converter of larger capacity will be the future trend. Due to the drastic fluctuation of wind power, the electric and thermal stresses of the wind power converter will change dramatically, threatening the safety and reliability of the converter and interrupting the safe operation of the electrical equipment. As grid-connected wind turbine systems have been increasing, the wind power converter should improve its adaptability to the grid and its handling capability for grid failures so it can meet the grid power quality requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a series of complete and rigorous testing solutions for wind power converters to ensure that their electrical performance, conversion efficiency and stability meet the requirements.
