AC/DC Oscilloscope Current Probe
The 1146A AC/DC Current Oscilloscope Probe expands oscilloscope applications in industrial, automotive or power environments, and is ideal for analysis and measurement of distorted current waveforms and harmonics.
The probe permits accurate display and measurement of currents from 100 mA to 100A rms, DC to 100 kHz without breaking into the circuit. The probe uses Hall effect technology to measure AC and DC signals. The probe connects directly to an oscilloscope through a 2 meter coaxial cable with an insulated BNC.

This AC/DC current probe provides accurate display and measurement of currents from 100 mA to 100 A rms, dc to 100 kHz, without breaking the circuit. The Keysight 1146A uses Hall-effect technology to measure ac and dc signals. It is compatible with all Keysight oscilloscopes and any scope with 0.2 to 0.5 V/div sensitivity, a minimum input impedance of 1 MΩ and a BNC input.
Compatible with the 1000, 3000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 80000 (with E2697A) and 90000 (with E2697A) Series oscilloscopes.
